This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of nurse practitioners and physician assistants involved in the management of patients with GI disorders and chronic liver disease.
Statement of Need
The objective of the "Best of GHAPP" Regional Meetings is to discuss an in-depth review and discussion on the latest developments and important current concepts in the multidisciplinary treatment of patients with GI disorders and chronic liver disease. Each meeting will exclusively feature 3 expert APP speakers and will offer information on the most clinically relevant topics ranging from viral hepatitis, NASH, cirrhosis, and GI disorders: IBD and IBS.
After completing this activity, participants should be better able to:
Describe current screening, diagnosis and management options for patients with CLD and GI disorders.
Optimize treatment results for patients with CLD and GI disorders.
Compare and contrast currently available treatment modalities for CLD and GI disorders.

A maximum of 3.0 contact hours may be earned for successful completion of this activity.
