Abstract
Most persons with chronic HCV infection in the United States are undiagnosed or linked to care. We describe a program for the management of Alaska Native patients with HCV infection utilizing a computerized registry and statewide liver clinics resulting in higher linkage to care (86%) compared to national estimates (~25%).
