The Chronic Liver Disease Foundation believes it is critically important that community specialists understand the importance of screening, diagnosis and appropriate management of Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC). In addition, it will be equally important that primary care clinicians and patients understand how to locate qualified specialists for PBC Linkage to Care. Upon completing CLDF curriculum listed to the left delivered via live meetings, an on-line module or an e-monograph, healthcare providers will automatically be enrolled in the CLDF National PBC Coalition.
By completing one of the educational objectives listed to the left, you will be enrolled in the CLDF National PBC Coalition. Your name will be posted on this website within the Resource Directory section. Physicians will be able to locate PBC treaters they can refer their patients to by referencing this Resource Directory. This new opportunity will link providers together. You will also have access to educational resources such as diagnostic algorithms, counseling guides, latest data on PBC as well as participation in patient registries, market research, Phase IV Opportunities, community speaker bureaus and patient advocacy via town hall meetings. To opt out of this coalition, please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
